Pursuant to this binding agreement Sublime Technology Group Inc.

Advertiser shall prepay to
Sublime
Technology Group ญญญญญญญญญญญญญญญ upon execution of this contract. The
contract is for advertising on

for one year to the date of receipt.

Definitions:
Advertisement space:
one Advertisement, stored on MyrtleBeachGrandStrand.com web server, with a defined start date.
Advertisement:
the graphic file supplied by the advertiser which can be
selected by the user as a link.
Link:
a request for information from a server other than
MyrtleBeachGrandStrand.com servers.
Start Date:
the first day the MyrtleBeachGrandStrand.com Web Server
will display the Advertisement.
MyrtleBeachGrandStrand.com web server:
a server computer of MyrtleBeachGrandStrand.com and
MyrtleBeachGrandStrand.com that users will access via the Internet.
Usage Statistics:
a set of numbers compiled by MyrtleBeachGrandStrand.com and
reported on a periodic basis to Advertiser (if requested), for the purpose of
assessing a value.
PAYMENT:
Sublime
Technology Group, Inc. reserves
the right to hold Advertiser and its authorized advertising agent jointly and
severally liable for any and all amounts owed.

Banner Ad:
is an advertising banner displayed on
sites to advertise a web site. If a user clicks on the banner it will take them
to that site or ad banner, also known as online ad, is a graphics image linked
to an advertiser's website.
Home Page Banner Ad:
is an advertising banner displayed on the home page. If a
user clicks on the banner it will take them to that site or ad banner, also
known as online ad, is a graphics image linked to an advertiser's website.
Featured Link:
a text link. If a user clicks on the
link it will take them to that site.
Listing without link:
This is our standard listing. This includes all the contact
information (business name, address, phone numbers & contact person).
Page With Picture and Text:
This
page is for business without websites or a page that is linked directly to our website. We can build you a page with all of your
links that you want included.
Example: (www.myrtlebeachgrandstrand.com/odresort.html)
Link With Contact & Location:
This includes all the contact
information (business name, address, phone numbers ,contact person and texted
link to advertise your website).
LIMITATION ON DAMAGES: IN NO EVENT WILL
SUBLIME TECHNOLOGY GROUP BE LIABLE TO SPONSOR FORANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED ON BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING
NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER OR NOTACEWEB INTERNET HAS BEENADVISED
OFTHE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
ASSIGNMENT: Advertiser may not
assign this agreement, in whole or in part, without Sublime Technology Groups
written consent. Any attempt to assign this Agreement without such consent will
be null and void.
GOVERNING LAW: This
Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the
State of South Carolina.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This Agreement and any
and all addenda, exhibits and attachments are the complete and exclusive
agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof,
superseding and replacing any and all prior agreements, communications, and
understandings (both written and oral) regarding such subject matter, provided
that all pricing will be governed by Sublime Technology Groups pricing
Information, whether printed on paper or electronically. The terms and
conditions of this Agreement will prevail over any contrary or inconsistent terms
in any purchase order. This Agreement may only be modified, or any rights under
it waived, by a written document executed by both parties.
